Contract Vehicles

ACI holds a number of contract vehicles and teaming relationships to simplify the procurement process. These vehicles allow our clients to quickly and easily procure our services.

Our Contract Vehicles

Through the General Service Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedules (FSS) and SBA 8(a) and EDWOSB certifications that ACI has been awarded, agencies have rapid access to a wide range of services.

ACI can draw on experts across the company and within our broad and diverse network to make these services available quickly and with minimum paperwork under 8(a) or EWOSB sole-sourced contracts.

Find out more about ACI’s SBA business classifications, GSA Schedules, and partner vehicles below and enable your Agency to meet multiple small business requirements.

The Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contract Program provides equal access to federal contracting opportunities for women-owned small businesses (WOSB) and economically disadvantaged women-owned small businesses (EDWOSBs). Much like the 8(a) program, the WOSB program allows contracting officers to set aside specific federal contracts.

Contracting officers may set aside a requirement for WOSBs if:

  • The NAICS code is in an industry in which SBA has designated that WOSBs are substantially underrepresented.
  • The contracting officer has a reasonable expectation that two or more WOSBs will submit offers.
  • The anticipated award price of the contract does not exceed $6.5 million in the case of manufacturing contracts and $4 million in the case of all other contracts.

The contracting officer believes the contract can be awarded at a fair and reasonable price.
